IBS has ventured into providing in-house organizational training to meet the training needs of corporate clients. These courses are designed to meet the needs of each client and are offered for all staff categories including senior management.

Stage - 2 We identify the training needs of our client
Stage - 3 The training input, methods and techniques are decided in consultation with our client
Stage - 4 Implementation of the training programme to our clients employees
Stage - 5 Feedback
Stage - 6 Trainees in action in their respective jobs
Stage - 7 Performance evaluation of trainees during post training period
