Transport To and From Training Centre
We encourage company transportation to and from the Outbound Training location. IBS could provide transport from and to a central location if the company requires but at an additional cost.
Insurance
We would request the company to extend its workers compensation insurance to cover the employees during this training programme.
First Aid
IBS would organize trained First-Aid personnel to be at the site during the outdoor training programme.
Security
IBS will be responsible for the security of personnel and their belongings during their stay at the training location.
Discipline
The Team Leader will be responsible to ensure that participants adhere to the expected norms of behavior. No alcohol is permitted during the two-day stay.
