Certificate in Accounting (CIA)
Objectives
This course provides students with a basic knowledge in Accounting and Business Studies. The Certificate in Accounting (CIA) course is designed as a foundation course in Accounting for students aspiring to be professional Accountants. This course is accredited as one of the eligible entry qualifications to enroll for:
IBS Diploma in Business, offered under a licensing agreement that leads to the Bachelor of Business Degree of Southern Cross University, Australia.
Students will receive a certificate on successful completion of the course.
Entry Requirements
A Grade 10 or equivalent or,
3 years’ work experience in the field of Accounting
Registration
The first batch commences in mid January of each year and other batches commence during the first week of every month from February to July. Students must register by the last working day prior to the date of commencement.
