Sadiq obtained his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science and Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from the Bharathidasan University, India during 1989 and 1992. In 1992 he obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources and Development (PGDHRD) from the Madurai Kamaraj University, India. He is a Professional Member of the Australian Computer Society (ACS), Member of Papua New Guinea Institute of Directors (PNGID), Member of Papua New Guinea Human Resource Institute (PNGHRI), Fellow Member and Secretary of the Papua New Guinea Computer Society (PNGCS) and also Member of Papua New Guinea National Higher Education Quality Assurance and Accreditation Committee (NHEAAC). {showhide template="h5" title="read more..." changetitle="close..." mousetitleistitle=true link=false closeonclick=true}Sadiq has long experience (over Nineteen years) in teaching the latest developments of Information Technology to undergraduate and postgraduate students, obtaining consistently high student ratings in the above courses. Serving as academic and administrative coordinator of Southern Cross University, Deakin University, Australia, University of Papua New Guinea, Australian Computer Society’s Professional examinations and International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) programmes and Authorized Tester for ICDL programme. Possess experience in guiding, supervising and evaluating research at under graduate level. An academic strongly committed to teaching excellence, research, continuous learning and self-development. He worked with C. Abdul Hakeem College, Melvisharam, India as a Lecturer in Computer Science for six years and two years as a Senior Faculty member in India. The teaching competencies of Mr.Sadiq include Business Information Systems, Visual Basic, Object Oriented Systems Development, Database Management Systems, Data Communications & Computer Networks, Internet Commerce, IT Strategy & Management and Java Programming. |
