Mr. Parthiban earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree with first class in 2000, Master of Commerce degree with distinction in 2002 and the Master of philosophy with first class in 2003-2004 from PSG College of Arts and Science, which is affiliated with Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, India. He earned his Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application (PGDCA) with first class in 2003 from Annamalai University, India. He also earned his Diploma in Management Accounting (DMA) from CIMA, UK in the year 2010. {showhide template="h5" title="read more..." changetitle="close..." mousetitleistitle=true link=false closeonclick=true}He served as a lecturer in Post Graduate Department of Finance and Computer Applications at S.N.R Sons College, Coimbatore, India before joining IBS. His research work in M.Phil degree course was in the area of Marketing Mix Strategies adopted by Indian BPO's. He has presented papers on various topics and participated in many seminars (national and international level) and he has acted as a resource person for few Indian Universities. He also presented a paper on “INTERNAL AUDITOR AND ETHICAL ENVIRONMENT” in the INSTITUTE OF INTERNAL AUDITOR, USA (PNG Chapter) conference held at Crowne Plaza. He is an Associate Member in Papua New Guinea Computer Society (PNGCS) since 2006. The teaching competencies of Mr. Parthiban are in the areas of Accounting, Marketing, Management and Computing. He is currently teaching Management, Management Accounting, Cost Accounting and Budgeting, Auditing, Entrepreneurship and Contemporary Issues in Accounting. He is also one of the facilitator in the OUTBOUND TRAINING PROGRAM organised and conducted by IBS Centre of Excellence. He has taught Mathematics at Don Bosco Technical College for Grade 11 and 12 students since his graduation. He joined IBS as an Assistant Lecturer in May 2004 and teaches Business Mathematics, Business Statistics and Computer Applications in the Certificate programmes and Quantitative Analysis for Business and Applied Finite Mathematics in the Diploma / Degree Programmes. {/showhide} |
