Eshwin obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the Pacific Adventist University, Papua New Guinea in 1997. She majored in English with Business as her minor teaching field. For students on the IBS-SCU degree programme, she teaches Communications in Organisations, Ethics & Sustainability, Marketing Principles, International Management, Principles & Practices of HRM and Strategic Management.
