Mr. Rachakonda Balaraju has obtained Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Computer Science and Master of Science in Electronics (M.Sc) from Andra University, India during 1998 to 2003. Also he holds many certificate courses as mentioned below:
- Vocational course in Electrical house wiring and domestic appliances
- (V.E.E, 1993 - 1995)
- Post Graduation Diploma in Computer Appliances (P.G.D.C.A, 2000 – 2001 )
- Hardware and Networking ( HW&NT, 2004)
- Cisco Certified Network Authority (C.C.N.A, 2009 -2010)
- Red Hat Linux, MCITP and Ex-Server (2010)

He has taught at university level in Ethiopia as a Lecturer in Hardware and Networking (2008 -2010) and college level in Eritrea (2006 – 2008) and in India (2003 – 2005) as a lecturer in Electronics. He also worked in Television channels as an Earth station Engineer for E-TV channels, India (2005 – 2006).
Apart from teaching also he has developed digital electronic Auto switch for a number of corporate clients in Hyderabad. His research strengths include Computer hardware, Networking and Digital Electronics.
