Job Description
 
Reporting to: Head, School of Accounting & Finance
 
Prepare and deliver lectures
Assist in the conduct of examinations (e.g., paper setting, marking, supervision and invigilation)
Under the general direction of the Head of School, develop and prepare course materials
Provide assistance to lecturers and assistant lecturers in matters of developing course materials and in all matters relating to conducting the lectures and research
Evaluate critically the present course materials in terms of relevance to the industry requirements and suggest any change if necessary
Ensure all statutory requirements are met in accordance with laws of Papua New Guinea
Ensure the company training plans are compiled with
Ensure quality and customer satisfaction takes top priority
Seek guidance and advice from Senior Lecturer/Head of School
Carry out student counseling as per Strategic Directions in order to improve pass rate / completion rate
Participate in In-house and Outbound Training Programmes (e.g. Team Building) as and when required
Provide support as a team member in other operational activities as and when required
