| The general admission requirement for all certificate courses at Institute of Business Studies (IBS) is the successful completion of one of the following: |

A High School Grade 10 Certificate |
IBS CIA-1 or CCA with Grade 10 |
Completed matriculation studies |
Three (3) years relevant work experience either in Accounting or Computing |

| Fees and scholarships |
| |
| Course fees vary based on the courses and payment options applicable, textbook costs are covered by the fees. Click here to view the course fees. Textbooks will be issued on the commencement day in class. |

| In order to encourage the academically deserving but economically disadvantaged students, IBS offers a number of scholarships. These scholarships are awarded on the basis of an Aptitude Test conducted each year. High scoring students are awarded a full / half scholarship. |

| Special scholarships are available for disabled students. We also offer special scholarships to other citizens as part of their rehabilitation programme. |

| The general admission requirement for all undergraduate courses at Institute of Business Studies (IBS) is the successful completion of one of the following: |

A High School Grade 12 Certificate |
Full IBS Certificate award with Grade 10 |
All of part of an approved university degree at a satisfactory level |
Completed matriculation studies |
| |
| Advanced standing for previous university studies is granted at the discretion of the institute. Applicants seeking advanced standing should provide subject outlines of units applicable complete with assessment methods. |

| Applicants who do not meet necessary entry requirement may enroll in our Certificate courses. The certificate courses have been designed to provide students with a basic knowledge in Accounting, Business and Information Technology. |

| Prescribed textbooks are not covered by the course fee and can be bought from the Logistics department. Prices range from K150 - K350 depending on the course and exchange rate fluctuations. |

| Deakin MBA Application forms for those that are interested in enrolling for the programme can be collected at the IBS office. |

| Once you have completed your application form, forward it to the Manager of Admissions attached with certified copies of the following documents: |

| The Referees report can be forwarded to us on its own, so long as the first four documents are attached with the application, We will then forward your application to Deakin University for processing. |
