Mr. Pirinduo is an Industrial/Organisational Psychologist with emphasis on human resource management and organisational management. He has more than 20 years of organisational experiences working in various organisations, both private, public and non-governmental organisations.

- University of Papua New Guinea worked as Tutor/Lecturer
- Porgera Joint Venture (Barrick Gold) worked as Senior HR Advisor

He loves the art of writing and is an avid reader and writer himself. One of his goals in life is to author 50 books before he “kicks the bucket” — even though he has yet to author his first.
Mr. Pirinduo values discipline, righteousness, truthfulness and humbleness. He believes IBS Council is about fit and proper persons with integrity. Standing up to what is right and truthful in the decision taken will prevail always.
